Living in the Present and Sharing the Gift of Energy and Intuition
I have always been interested in the spiritual side of things and have a fascination with colour, energy, frequencies and those moments your heart and body is awakened to something your mind and eyes cannot see.
For a very long time now I’ve walked the stretch from Holy Trinity Church through the RSC gardens to Bancroft and Gower Memorial and I’ve always felt amazing energies while walking along the bank of the River Avon.
This path is more than just a walk—it’s a sacred space where the energy shifts, sometimes light and uplifting, other times heavier, as if carrying the weight of unseen stories. On walks with like minded friends, we’ve discovered areas along this route that feel like portals, platforms, or even ley lines—places where the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds thins, making it easier to connect with the energies and frequencies around us.
I’ve also discovered the power of living fully in the present moment, a practice that has become the cornerstone of my life. As the saying goes, “The biggest gift you can give yourself is being fully present in the NOW moment to enjoy everything that is around you”. By embracing the NOW, I’ve learned to feel and honour the energies that flow through these sacred spaces, and I’ve seen how this awareness can transform the way we move through the world.
The reason I do these walks is to share the beauty of living intuitively, to share the connection with the energies and frequencies that surround us, and of trusting the heart’s wisdom. Whether it’s through walking these powerful paths, sensing the unseen, or awaken others to tap into their own intuition and to help connect you to these special places by using our Now moment and intuitive senses.
